From a local estate attic, here is a wonderful old manual letterpress that says Kelsey & Co. On it and it was made in Meriden Connecticut. It measures 16.5" when it is not retracted to print and about 20" long when it is open. I know little about these and I didn't attempt to oil it or clean it. It looks to have most everything here...
