NEW hard FOUNDRY-CAST type for letterpress printing or hot-stamping. For HOT-STAMPING, it's the next best thing to the ATF/Kingsley zinc types. ID: The font is 14pt Old Dutch, a very rare BB&S Face , and was cast by the Dale Guild from the original matrices. There are more than nine A, E, I, N , R, S & T's, but only 9 O's, so the price is based on an 9A font scheme. I had extras of the rest of the characters, so I included them free of charge. This font has a double amount of figures for those who want to use for letterheads/business cards. This is the last font I have. The BB&S Foundry originated the face in 1925. A wonderful decorative face that can be used as a Titling font, or as alternate caps with the lower-cases of 14pt, 16pt and 18pt. It can be rewarding to use alternate caps with your other faces. Works very well with Roman fonts. These types were cast on an ATF Barth foundry caster with new primary metals.

They are more than hard enough for hot-stamping. True foundry alloy coupled with immense casting pressure creates density, which makes very hard types!

Density comes from ten-twenty times the casting pressure of Monotype cast types. Used well, they will last you a lifetime.

The lines of type in the font are 6 long, as are all ATF fonts. Will combine other small fonts at no additional Domestic shpg. I still have a few small fonts from our many years of working together at the Dale Guild and a few new types that are not yet fonted; I'm fonting and taking pics as fast as I can but it is slow work. But, I have a list of several hundreds of used ATF, Inland, Keystone & BB&S fonts, as well as several antiques to list, so.... I sell old and new types, Typefounding Artifacts, type-cabinets & cases, books related to printing and other letterpress things from my own shop.
