1893 Scott #233 Colombian Expo Stamp block. Block measures 4.5" wide x 2.25" deep x 7/8 high. During research we could not find any examples of this. They are print blocks from old stamp catalogs and philatelic news papers. Notice it prints the perforations which are a manual process not a print process.
