Offered: One 6.5 x 10 Original equipment Chandler & Price cast iron chase. This is an original C&P cast chase with the 228 number cast into the chase. Chase has been cleaned up of ink build-up, and grime. This chase has no cracks, damage or any repairs.

Chase was placed on my imposing stone and checked for warp by pressing on all four corners for rocking, chase lays solidly on stone and is square and without warp (rocking). The following dimensions are provided so that you can confirm if this fits your press if it is something other than a C&P Pilot press.

Approximate outside dimensions of this chase is 8" tall x 11 1/4" wide. Approximate inside dimensions are 6 5/8" x 10 1/16".
