Wonderful set of ART NOUVEAU letterpress wood type characters woodtype #286. This exceptionnel set is coming from a german letterpress shop. The characters are in a very good condition. We think, that this date should be from around 1910/1920.

There are 128 pieces in this set (we hope, that we did not make any mistake in counting), e. Ach character is 9,0 cm (3.54 inch) tall and 10,6 cm (4.17 inch) for those with descenders. To the 128 pieces, there are 5 additional characters, which you see in the last line on the photos. You will see, what you get on the close-up photos. Please be sure, that a careful packaging will be done for the characters, so nothing will hurt the characters on transport.
