Baltimorean #10 self inking 1 roller hand lever platen type letterpress. Here is an excellent example of a beautiful fully functional bench top lever actuated letterpress press, manufactured in Baltimore around 125 years ago.

This self-inking hand lever bench top platen letter press is in outstanding condition, retains all factory parts, has been very carefully disassembled, cleaned, all machined steel and cast metal parts have been thoroughly cleaned, polished and re-finished with high quality industrial enamel, detailed to like new condition using true 18 karat gold leaf, lubricated and inspected. Mounted to a finished wood base with non slip rubber feet, fine tuned, tested and set up to print right from the crate.

This machine will utilize and accept. Copper, brass or magnesium engraved blocks, all forms of letterpress type, as well as Ludlow or Linotype cast set lines.

These presses are no longer in production, therefore continue to increase in value. The Press measures 16'' long x 10'' high x 8'' wide and weighs 20 lbs set up with roller and trucks intact. The Platen measures 3.25 x 5.25'.

The inside Chase measures 4.00'' x 2.50. 1 Baltimorean # 10 Letterpress with. 1 brand new high quality rubber roller. 2 brand new machined polished steel locking trucks.
