Bookbinding Brass Type set 0.57 embossing gold finishing bookbinder gilding ABC
´¯¤ª"~¨¨¯¯¨¨~"ªª"~¨¨¯¯¨¨~"ª¤¯`.. Here for sale: a set of brass type characters. Brass was used for heat embossing as it hold up better than lead with heat.
+/-139 pieces - upper case letters are about 14,5 mm (0.57 inch). (for size reference please see pictures) Please see also detailed picture, so you will see which characters are included (or not) in this set. We think, that this wonderful brass type set should date from around 1900. We have more brass type sets, also wonderful art nouveau fonts, for sale.
