Rare Antique 66 piece Letterpress Printing WOOD TYPE Pointy short wide font

  
This item for sale is a rare 66 piece short, wide, pointy style Printing WOOD TYPE font set alphabet with some punctuation including one ampersand. Only the K is missing from the alphabet. Each piece measures 7/16 of an inch tall. The letters can often be 2 times as wide as they are tall. This font has a Hamilton manufactured stamp on top of the lettter "A" which makes it at least 100 years old or more. This set can be used to make prints from with the right ink and equipment. There is a beautiful patina as well as some scratches, dings and dents from decades of normal use that just ad to the appeal.

Note: The Q, exclamation point and comma/apostrophe are slightly larger pieces than the rest of the font. Don't miss out on this charming.
